KinderSpirit Inc.
KinderSpirit Inc. is a 501c3 education organization in MA. We create developmentally appropriate curriculum to support the spiritual development of young children, nurtured alongside their parent or guardian. In addition, we provide program evaluation and consulting services to educational and religious entities.
What is KinderSpirit Inc.?
KinderSpirit Inc was born out of a question: What if children were introduced to a healthy spiritual or religious life in *their* way? What if, instead of asking them to be quiet and sit still, we encouraged them to sing, dance, and play? What if instead of "seen and not heard", we "follow the child"?
Through the generous support of the American Baptist Home Mission Societies' Co-Creator Incubator, we created a non-profit focused on creating developmentally appropriate music, movement, and faith focused curricula for young children and their families.
In addition, our founder, Rachael B. Lawrence, PhD, draws on her many years of experience to offer program evaluation and consulting.

Ministerial Package Affordability Assessment - $300
Are you from a church search committee or pastoral relations team wondering how much time your ministerial package allowance will afford? By comparing your budgeted amount to other local church guidelines and similar positions in the area, we can help you understand what percentage of full-time ministry you can afford and why. For $300 dollars, we will generate a personalized report with recommendations for your ministry, including an anticipated range of hours and suggestions for how you can make this level of ministry viable. This step can help give you assurance that pastoral compensation -- and the expectations for service for this level of ministry -- are reasonable and fair.
Additional follow up and consultation is available at additional cost.
